Ordering Process

Our ordering process is easy and we have you involved from the start.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE?

The first step of our ordering process is for you to show us what you like. Magazine clippings, fabric tear, paper sample or a flower. Anything you can gather to guide us in the right direction. At this time we also talk about budget so we head in the right direction.

TALK TO DISCUSS A DESIGN BRIEF.

Now we chat, whether it by phone, email or in person to finalise the construction of the stationery i.e. paper types, printing method, envelopes, additional items. 

WE SEND YOU A QUOTE.

We head back to the design studio and have a play around then get out the calculator. We will send you a quote via email.

YOU ACCEPT AND PAY A 50% DEPOSIT.

Once you have read through the quote and our terms and conditions you will need to sign it and get it back to us. 50% deposit is required when signing the quote and can be paid by cash or Paypal (credit card).

ARTWORK DESIGN & PROOFING.

It's computer time where we design the printing for your invitation. Once we have a layout complete with your wording and details we will send you a proof for approval. This process will take around 1 week.

WE GET BUSY MAKING YOUR BESPOKE STATIONERY.

When your artwork is approved we turn into little worker bees and get busy. This process will generally take around 4 weeks.

FINISHED AND FINAL PAYMENT.

Once your order is finished we require final payment on or before delivery. We know you will be excited to see the finished product!
